The Developer/Designer will have unlimited opportunity for growth and career advancement. We are looking for a unique and creative person who has the willingness and drive to make a dramatic and positive impact on the relationships they form. This position is open to full -time applicants.

Responsibilities

Graphic design in Web, Apparel, Print & Identity with emphasis on Web Design & Layout
Web development and CSS coding
Technical and customer support
Strategic project planning
Meet or exceed project deadlines
Be relationship focused with every point of contact

Qualifications

Design
- Adobe Creative Suite
Technical
- Brand Development
- Color Trends
- Current Design Trends
- Knowledge of screenprinting process
Communication
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. They must also be able to multi-task in a fast paced multi-project environment. They must be focused on exceeding client and project expectations at all times.
